Sectional anatomical study on children's superior mediastinum

摘　　要：用20具儿童尸体(男女各10具),从胸骨上缘平面向下作1.0cm厚的连续横断切片,选取临床CT常用的4个典型断层,采用IMG_2型图像分析系统(DIP),对各断层下断面主要结构的形态、方位、毗邻、径值和面积进行形态学观测,以积累体质人类学资料临床应用数据,同时讨论了儿童上纵隔的断层解剖学特点。Serial transverse sections at a distance of 1. 0 cm from a plane on a level of the su perior border of the sternum were made on 20 children cadavers. By means of IMG2 Image Analysis system, inferior surfaces of 4 typical segments often used in CT diagnosis were studied, the shape, orientation, adjacent neighbour, diameter and area of the structures of each segment were observed, measured, and the anatomical features of childrnd's superior mediastinum were discussed.
