摘 要:本文利用肝 B超直方图对正常人84例、高血脂 99例、脂肪肝45例探查,发现直方图近场与远场之距0位点数、谱宽、平均灰阶(AV)有明显的规律性变化。其中近场与远场平均灰阶差(AV差)更能反映声波衰减程度。认为肝B超直方图是测量肝质密度、高血脂及脂肪肝的良好计量学诊断手段。提出AV差≥5~<8可作为判断高血脂的计量指标,其符合率为72.9%,AV差≥8可作为判断脂肪肝的计量指标,其符合率为100%。Histogram patterns of hepatic B-ultrasonography was used to observe 84 cases of normal controls, 99 patients with hyperlipidemia and 45 patients with fatty liver. It was found that changes in the distance of the near and far points from zero position in number of dots, spectrum width, the averages of gray scales (AV), especially the difference in AV showed certain regularities. Therefore, histogram patterns of hepatic B-ultrasonography is an efficient quanti-tatie means in measuring the hepatic density and diagnosing hyperlipidemia and fatty liver. This study indicates that AV diference of 5-8 and 8 can be taken as the quantitative standard for diagnosis of hyperlipidemia and fatty liver, respectively. Using this standard to identify hyperlipidemia and fatty liver, and the accordance rate, when compared with the clinical diagnosis is 72. 9% and 100%. respectively.
