摘  要:与传统的钢筋混凝土结构工业厂房相比,带吊车门式刚架轻钢结构厂房具有自重轻的特点,但由于厂房自重过轻造成基础偏心距过大,采用上部主刚架的混凝土结构控制工况组合设计基础难以满足安全性要求。通过对几个实例的基础反力的计算和设计中遇到的弯矩大的问题,采用补充组合工况的计算方法,详细阐述了轻钢结构厂房基础的控制工况,并对该类型基础的设计提供了一些切实可行的依据。Industrial buildings of portal frame light steel structure present an advantage of light weight over industrial buildings of traditional concrete structure. But one difficulty involving the foundation design of portal frame light steel structure industrial building results from the excessively large eccentricity due to the light dead weight with the result that the normal method of foundation design may fail to ensure the required safety. Larger moment arising from the design and calculation of the foundation of several practical examples is overcome by the use of the calculation method of supplemented composing working condition. Considerations of selecting and optimizing the form of the foundation in the design of industrial buildings of light steel structure are discussed in detail from the point of design steel cost. Some general principles of the foundation form selection and construction measures in foundation design are also presented.
