摘  要:介绍了光学频率梳技术在光学频率标准中的发展状况。为了真正使用光学频率梳,需要测量载波包络相位频移,进而需要制作倍频程飞秒激光器。围绕倍频程飞秒激光器光谱展宽,介绍了五种方法。着重介绍了直接产生超宽带光谱的倍频程激光器的制作方法和超宽带半导体可饱和吸收镜在其中的作用和制作方法。目前后者在国际上尚没有人制作出来。The development of optical frequency comb in optical frequency standard is presented. In order to put optical frequency comb into use, the carrier-envelope.offset frequency should be measured and the Octave-spanning laser should be developed. Five methods to broaden the ultra-broadband spectrum of an octave-spanning laser are presented, among which the method for making a laser which generates the ultra-broadband spectrum directly and a semiconductor saturable absorption mirror which plays an important role in the former are stated in detail. As far as now, the latter has not been reported in the world.
