摘　　要：加入WTO后 ,如何科学地对公务员进行分类 ,以进一步完善我国的公务员制度 ,使之成为一项现代意义上的国家人事制度 ,是当前我国所面临的重要问题。我国应对公务员实行科学分类 ,即通过改革路途对公务员进行分类 ,充分发挥其潜在的才能和智力 ,建成一支精干、务实、廉洁、高效的公务员队伍。After joining the WTO, China is faced up with an imporfant issue as to the classification of civil servants. This is necessary to perfect our country's civil servant system and make it a national personnel system in the modern sense. The scientic classification of civil servants refers to the innovation of civil servant system, involing administrative type and professional type. It is intended to huild up a contingent of civil servants that is upable, practical, honest and efficient.
