摘　　要：随着我国加入世界贸易组织,作为我国对外贸易的重要产业—旅游业,必然要融入国际市场,参与国际竞争。全面认识服务贸易自由化与国际旅游环境,正确面对严峻的挑战,抓住难得的机遇,将有利于承德市旅游业走向国际化。With the joining of the WTO, tourism, as an important industry of foreign trade must be joined and compete in the international market. It is beneficial to the internationalization if we take an all-sided view of the liberalized service trade, to accept the rigorous challenge and to seize opportunity.
