摘  要:采用免疫组织化学方法 ,探讨细胞因子信号转导途径抑制蛋白 SOCS-3在大鼠脑内的基础表达与细胞定位。结果显示 :SOCS-3免疫阳性细胞在脑内分布广泛 ,阳性产物主要分布在神经元核内 ;部分神经元的胞浆、神经纤维、胶质细胞及血管内皮细胞也呈 SOCS-3免疫阳性。结果表明 :SOCS-3蛋白在脑内具有广泛的基础表达 。The basal expression and cellular localization of the suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS-3) was investigated with immunohistochemistry. The results showed that SOCS-3-immunoreactive cells were widely distributed in the brain. The SOCS-3 immunoreactivities were predominantly localized in the nuclei of neurons, as well as some neuronal cytoplasm, neural fibers, glia and endothelial cells of blood vessels. The results indicate that there is an extensive basal expression of SOCS-3 mainly as a nuclear protein in the rat brain.
