摘　　要：现代法律进程使我们看到由于民族传统文化的客观差异 ,在中西方法文化融合过程中出现的法律价值观的冲突 ,而民族思维的自我中心意识使我们在完成法律价值观整合的运作中遭遇了困难 ,文章针对这一问题提出一些看法。The process of modern law makes us notice that due to the objective differences between the traditional national culture,there appears the conflict of outlook on legal value in the process of the fusion of Chinese and western legal culture.However,the consciousness of self-centredness makes us meet with some difficulty in the process of fulfilling the adjustment and fusion of the outlook on legal value.This paper aims to provide some opinions about this issue.
