摘　　要：恐怖主义是当前国际社会公认的一种严重危害国际秩序的犯罪行为。现阶段国际恐怖活动呈现全球化趋势。在打击恐怖主义犯罪的过程中,国际刑事合作是世界各国普遍认可的合理有效方法,加强国际刑事合作应当成为国际社会在同恐怖主义犯罪作斗争中关注的焦点。The act of terrorism is a kind of crime that endangers the international order seriously, which is acknowledged generally by the present international community. In the present stage, the international terrorist activity presents the globalization trend gradually. During the process of attacking the terrorism crime, international criminal cooperation is the rational effective method that every country in the world approves generally, while strengthening the cooperation becomes the focus that the international community pays close attention to in struggling with terrorism crime.
