摘　　要：目的 :观察胚芽滋养胶囊对流感病毒肺炎小鼠肺病理的影响。方法 :以流感病毒 FM1株滴鼻感染小鼠 ,致病毒性肺炎模型。应用胚芽滋养胶囊进行治疗 ,以病毒唑注射液为对照。观察小鼠肺大体和组织学病变情况。结果 :流感病毒感染导致小鼠肺病毒性肺炎病变 ,病毒唑和胚芽滋养胶囊治疗可以减轻肺病变。结论Objective: To investigate the effect of Embryo bud nourishing caps on lung pathology in mice infected by influenza virus. Methods:The pulmonary inflammation model mice were made by infected with influenza virus. The model mice were treated by Embro bud nourishing caps in treatment group and by ribavirin in control group.Results: Influenza virus infection may lead to viral pneumonia. And Treating with ribavrin or Embro bud nourishing caps can lighten the serious level of lung pathology. Conclusion:Embryo bud nourishing caps has some impressing effect on lung pathology due to influenza virus.
