补肾冲剂治疗慢性病毒性肝炎AFP持续低浓度阳性

摘　　要：目的 :观察补肾冲剂对慢性病毒性肝炎甲胎蛋白 ( AFP)持续低浓度阳性的影响。方法 :42例患者随机分为治疗组 2 2例和对照组 2 0例。对照组予常规保肝和对症治疗 ,治疗组在此基础上加补肾冲剂治疗 ,6个月为 1个疗程 ,随访 1年。比较治疗前后的临床症候、肝功能、AFP值、AFP复常率以及肝癌发生率。结果 :治疗组治疗后临床症候有明显改善 ,肝功能多项指标有不同程度的改善 ( P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1 ) ;治疗后血清 AFP值较治疗前明显降低 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;AFP转阴率为 31 .8% ,明显高于对照组的 1 0 % ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,随访期内治疗组无肝癌发生。结论 :补肾冲剂对慢性病毒性肝炎Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen granule on the chronic virus hepatitis with positive AFP of steady low concentration. Methods:42 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group(22) and the control group(20). The control group were treated by the common protecting liver and remitting symptom treatment. The treatment group were treated by Bushen granule plus the common treatment of control group. Both groups were treated for 1 curative period of 6 months, and then were kept observing for 1 year. The variation of clinical symptom, hepatic function, serum AFP, recovery rate of AFP and hepatocarcinoma incidence were observed and compared between the two groups before and after therapy. Results: After treatment, the clinical symptom and many indexes of hepatic function in treatment group were improved significantly( P <0.5~0.01). The serum AFP after treatment was lower than before( P <0.01), and its difference from that in control group was significant( P <0.05). The recovery rate of AFP in treatment group was 31.8%, which was higher than that in control group(10%)( P <0.05). No hepatocarcinoma attacked in follow up period in treatment group. Conclusion:Bushen granule can possibly prevent or delay the form of primary hepatocarcioma of chronic hepatitis patients with positive AFP of steady low concentration.
