摘　　要：综述了珠钢洁净钢生产所采取的系统控制与主要技术措施 :优化配料技术、全程泡沫渣操作终点控制、脱氧制度、吹氩制度、精炼碱性白渣操作、钙处理、弱搅拌、保护浇注以及合适的保护渣等 。This article describes in detail the system control and the key technological measures taken in clean steel practice in ZIS, including optimizing substitute, foaming slag operation,TPC technology, better deoxidization, ladle bottom stirring, slag conditioning, deoxidization and desulfurization. Ca treatment, soft stirring, protection casting without deoxidization and mould powder quality, aiming at continuously enhancing the liquid steel cleanliness.
