摘　　要：采用功能较强、接口容易的全浮空STD总线工业控制微机取代原有的硬件数控柜 ,同时对NC铣床数控系统的伺服传动部分进行必要的改造 ,机械部分主要是针对传动链中的重要部件滚珠丝杠副进行了重新标准化设计和选用 ,从而实现了旧机床的多功能、低成本及较好的柔性。The primary hardware numerical control tank wa s replaced by industry control computer of STD bus which has a strong function and a easiest interface.At the same time,the servo system of this machine was impro ved.In the part of mechanism,the ball bearing and screw nut assemble which belon g to the transmission chain was standardized and adopted.Consequently, the multi -fuction,low cost and better flexibility of the old machine was realized.
