摘　　要：在普通压缩空气等离子切割机上加装水帘除尘器 ,可以消除因超高温切割而产生的含有金属蒸气的大量烟尘 ,减少环境污染 ,改善不锈钢板切口金相组织。与其它设备或技改方案相比 。A new dust remover with water curtain was intr od uced.Adding it to the machine used for plasma arc cutting can eliminate most soo t containing metal smoke during superhigh temperature cutting,reduce environment al pollute, improve metallographic structure.The benefit on technical economy of this device is higher than other equipments or other technological transformati ons.
