四眼斑龟的泄殖系统解剖

摘　　要：对 8只成体四眼斑龟 (Sacaliaquadriocllata)的泄殖系统进行解剖 ,结果表明 :同一个体的左右肾的体积和重量无明显差异 ;膀胱呈Y型 ,体积小 ;左右各有一个副膀胱作为呼吸辅助器官。同一个体的左、右侧性腺大小和重量存在显著差异 ;在繁殖季节性腺有一定的变化 ,交配期精巢的重量可增加 2倍 ;In this study, the urogenital system of eight adult Sacalia quadriocellata were dissceted. The results showed that there was no difference in the volume and weight between left kidney and right kidney. There were a pair of accessory bladders and a small and Y like bladder. Remarkable difference in the gonad size and weight existed in the same individual. The sex gland, testis or ovary, in the right side is larger than the left counterpart.Changes in gonad were observed in the breeding season. The nmuber of ovary ball number of ovum was enhanced and the weight of the spermary was increased by 2 times in mating season.
