摘　　要：该文介绍了国内外汇贷款迅猛增长的原因和特点,指出国内外汇贷款管理方式改革对银行合规性经营、法规完备性、维护外汇市场竞争秩序、防范外汇风险等提出了更高要求。最后,该文提出了进一步完善国内外汇贷款管理的建议。This paper introduces the causes and characteristics of the rapid increase in domestic FX loans.This paper also elaborates on the more stringent requirements that domestic FX loan administration reform has set on the compliance of bank operations,the completeness of laws and regulations,the maintenance of FX market competition order and the control of FX risk.Finally,this paper suggests further improvements of domestic FX loan administration.
