摘  要:目的:研究脊髓压迫性损伤后p38MAPK信号转导通路在其中的变化规律和可能的意义。方法:制备脊髓压迫伤动物模型,用Westernblot检测伤后0,30min,6,24,72h组织中p38MAPK的变化情况。结果:脊髓损伤后局部组织中p38MAPK存在明显的变化规律:30min时出现明显表达上调,6h达到高峰,以后逐渐下降,而正常脊髓组织中未检测出明确的表达。结论:p38MAPK信号转导通路参与了脊髓损伤后的信号转导,其变化规律有可能对脊髓损伤的治疗具有参考意义。AIM:To study the regulation and possible significance of p38 mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK) signal transduction pathway after spinal cord compression injury. METHODS:The spinal cord compression injury model was prepared by using Nystrom's method.Western blotting was used to detect the changes of p38MAPK signal transduction pathway at 0,30 minutes,6,24 and 72 hours after injury. RESULTS:There were obvious regulation of p38MAPK after spinal cord injury(SCI) in local tissues.The expression of p38 MAPK began to upregulate at 30 minutes,topped at 6 hours,and then decreased gradually.No clear expression of p38MAPK was found in normal spinal cord tissues. CONCLUSION:The p38MAPK signal transduction pathway takes part in the process of signal transduction after SCI,and its regulation may provide helpful references for the treatment of SCI.
