摘  要:目的 探讨体外照射后造血细胞表面IL 1 1受体 (IL 1 1R)蛋白和基因表达水平的变化 ,为临床更合理有效地应用rhIL 1 1治疗急性放射病提供理论和实验依据。方法 采用流式细胞术及RT PCR法检测了不同照射剂量和照射后不同时间K5 6 2细胞表面IL 1 1R蛋白和基因表达水平的变化。结果 随着照射剂量的升高 ,K5 6 2细胞表面IL 1 1Rα蛋白的表达量逐渐升高 ,其中 5Gy和 1 0Gy照射组照射后 2 4hIL 1 1Rα蛋白表达水平较正常显著增高。结论 照射后 2 4hIL 1 1Rα蛋白及基因表达水平升高可能是机体自我保护的一种适应性反应 ,为早期应用IL 1Objective In order to explore the expression of IL 11 receptor alpha chain on irradiated K562 cells to ordet to promote the understanding of the role of rhIL 11 in modulation of the recovery of radiation injury. Methods The expression of IL 11 receptor alpha chain on K562 cells were evaluated respectively by immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry and reverse transcription polymerse chain reaction. Results With the increase in irradiation dose, the expression of IL 11 receptor alpha chain protein on K562 cells was elevated, and it reached the peak at 24 hours after irradiation, especially in the 5Gy and 10Gy groups. The expression of mRNA of IL 11 receptor alpha chain protein followed the same pattern as that of the protein, but there was no significant difference among groups. Conclusion Strong expression of IL 11R at 24 hours after irradiation might be a protective reaction, which might provide a material basis for IL 11 treatment
