摘　　要：Electricporation and PEG transformation were used to transform methylotrophic yeast respectively . The transforming rate(DNA) of electroporation method was 400 transformants/μg, while the PEG method was only 0～20 transformants /μg.Electricporation and PEG transformation were used to transform methylotrophic yeast respectively .
