摘　　要：21世纪 ,社会信息化、信息网络化 ,大学图书馆传统的组织结构面临着新的挑战 ,为了在加入WTO后的新环境中求得生存和发展 ,就必须采取一系列新的管理手段和方式 ,进行科学的管理。Since the entry of WTO,owing to the informative soci ety and network information,college libraries have been faced with a new challe nge in their traditional structures. They have to take a series of new measures in management in order to survive and develop in the new environment.
