施沛特与非甾体消炎药治疗肩部撞击症疗效比较

摘　　要：目的　探讨施沛特与非甾体消炎药治疗肩部撞击症的优缺点。方法　分析 113例用施沛特或非甾体消炎药治疗肩部撞击症的疗效。结果　在疼痛缓解及肩关节外展活动度上 ,两组病人治疗 1周无显著性差异 ,第 2、3、4周后有显著性差异。结论　施沛特注射组在肩关节外展活动度及关节疼痛方面明显好于非甾体消炎药组。Objective Probe into the advantage and disadvantage of Shipeite and non-steroid anti-infective in curing collision injury of shoulder. Method To analyze the curing effects of 113 cases of shoulder collision injury treated by those two medicines. Results Pain remission and abduction activity of shoulder joint in two group patients had no significant difference after 1 week treatment, but there were significant difference after 2,3,4 weeks of treatment. Conclusion Shipeite injection group was apparently better than non-steroid anti-infective group in shoulder joint abduction activity and pain remission.
