摘　　要：目的 :建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定宫环止血片中芍药苷含量的方法。方法 :采用C18 色谱柱 ,以甲醇 -水 (25∶75)为流动相 ,流速为1 0ml/min ,检测波长为230nm。结果 :芍药苷在进样量为0 0962μg～0.8658μg范围内呈良好线性关系 (r=0 9995 ,n=5) ,平均回收率为98 63 %(RSD=1 30 %)。结论 :本方法快速、准确 ,可用于宫环止血片中芍药苷含量的测定。OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of paeoniflorin in Gonghuanzhixue tablets.METHODS:The condition of RP-HPLC was C18 column,methanol-water(25∶75)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min.The detection wavelength was 230nm.RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear in the range from 0.0 962μg to 0.8 658μg of paeoniflorin(r=0.9 995,n=5).The average recovery was 98.63%(RSD=1.30%).CO_NCLUSION:The method is accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of contents of Gonghuanzhixue tablets.
