摘　　要：市民社会的成熟与否标志着一个社会的文明程度。随着我国经济体制和政治体制改革的逐步深化,政治国家和市民社会的分野已初见倪端,但由于我国传统法律文化长期排斥市民社会,欠缺私法文化,阻碍了中国市民社会形成与发展的进程。而民法典的制定和颁布不仅可以培育我国的民法文化和私法观念,而且还可以促进中国市民社会的形成和发达。Whether civil society mature indicate level of social civilization .Reform of economic system and political system lead to separate the civil society from the political society ,Because our law tradition shut out the civil society and lack of civil law culture ,Hinder formation and development of china civil society .Civil code not only cultivate our civil law culture,but also promote formation and perfection of china civil society.
