摘　　要：非洲国家“政治发展”概念是指独立时的前资本主义社会 ,独立后向现代社会转变过程中政治方面的变化。现阶段的基本目标是以增强民族凝聚力 ,强固民族国家的地位为主要。但因受到各种因素的影响和制约 ,政治发展是围绕着建立什么样的政治体制和政党制度展开的 ,呈现波动性和反复性的特点。尊重历史和现实 ,明确发展阶段 ;重视非洲联盟的建立和影响 ;强调文化和人的因素在政治发展中的作用等问题 ,是深入研究非洲政治发展应予以注意的。The concept of 'political development' in African countries refers to changes in political transformation from pre-capitalist societies to post-independent modern societies,with the strengthening of national cohesion and the consolidation of the position of the nation-state as its current basic aims. Affected and restrained by various factors,African political development is mainly concerned with what kind of political system and party system to set up. Respecting history and reality,clarifying the development stages,paying attention to the establishment and influences of the African Union,and stressing the roles that cultures and peoples play in current political development are the issues to which attentions should be paid in more comprehensive studies of African political development.
