摘　　要：目的　探讨用有限接触钢板治疗股骨干闭合性骨折的经验。方法　男 2 7例 ,女 8例 ,平均年龄 3 0 .7岁( 16-64岁 )。结果　 3 1例获得随访 ,平均随访时间 3 4.7个月 ,骨折平均愈合时间为 5 .3个月 ,无骨不连、感染、钢板折断发生。结论　用该方法治疗股骨干骨折 ,具有对软组织损伤小、骨折愈合快 。Objective To study experience with the limited contact dynamic compression plate for treating fractures of the femur from July 1998 to July 2000.Methods There were 27 males and 8 females. The average age was 30.7 years (range 16-64 years).Results 31 patients were followed up, average follow-up time was 34.7 months.All fractures eventually achieved union with an average time to union of5.3 months.No patients had deep infection and implant failture.Conclusions This operative method has averages of minimal tissue trauma,quicker union and low rate of infection.
