摘　　要：研究了需求不确定、存在运输规模经济效应下的连锁门店最优订货频率·在综合考虑门店到配送中心的运输成本、连锁门店和配送中心各自的库存成本、门店的订货成本的基础上,建立了较为全面的系统年总成本模型,以连锁门店的服务水平为约束条件,找到了成本最优的连锁门店最优订货频率·并通过仿真,分析了需求变化对连锁门店最优订货频率的影响,为连锁企业的库存决策提供了重要依据·The optimal order-placing frequency of chain store is considered on the basis of uncertain demand and scale economies in transportation. Taking account of the freights as cost from the distribution center to the store, ordering cost of the store and inventory costs of both distribution center and the store altogether, a comprehensive cost model of the system is thus set up under the restriction of the stores service level. Using this model, an optimal order-placing frequency of the store is given with optimal cost. The effect of demand variables on the optimal frequency is analyzed through a simulation so as to provide an important reference for a chain stores to make decision for its order-placing frequency.
