摘 要:以L 色氨酸荧光量子产率 0 .1 4为标准 ,测量了人血清白蛋白和牛血清白蛋白水溶液在不同激发波长下的荧光量子产率。在 pH 6 .4和 2 5℃条件下 ,人血清白蛋白和牛血清白蛋白在最大激发波长 2 80nm的荧光量子产率分别为 0 .1 32和 0 .1 30。实验发现 ,pH对蛋白质荧光强度有明显影响 。Using L-tryptophan as a standard, for which a fluorescence quantum yield of 0.14 has been reported, quantum yields of human and bovine serum albumin at various excitation wavelengths were studied. Under condition of pH 6.4, 25degreesC, quantum yields of human serum albumin and bovine serum albumin at maximum excitation wavelength 280 nm were measured to be 0.132 and 0.130, respectively. It was found that pH has significant influence on the fluorescence intensity of proteins, but dissolved oxygen has essentially no affect on the quantum yield.
