摘  要:探讨了高分子试剂聚乙烯醇缩对甲酰基苯基偶氮变色酸 (PV·FPNS)与牛血清蛋白 (BSA)和牛血红蛋白 (BHA)的相互作用 ,并依此采用浊点萃取法 (以Tween 80作为溶剂 )实现了上述两种蛋白质的定量萃取。研究了不同羟基取代度的高分子试剂对反应和萃取率的影响 ,并与相应的小分子试剂FPNS体系进行了比较。研究结果表明 :PV·FPNS与亲水蛋白质的相互作用主要靠静电力 ,且有高萃取率 ;FPNS与两种蛋白质也有类似的相互作用 ,但这种作用未能改善萃取效率 ;This paper reports the extraction separation of bovine serum albumin(BSA) and bovine hemoglobin albumin (BHA) combined with polymer polyvinyl alcohol condensed P-formbenzenylazo chromotropic acid (PV-FPNS) and its interaction mechanism. The effects of different hydroxyl group substituting degree of PV-FPNS on interaction and extraction were studied. The higher the hydroxyl group substituting degree, the higher the cloud point extraction rate. It is considered that the combination of BSA and BHA with PV-FPNS is due to static electricity forces. However, the extraction of BSA (BHA)-PV-FPNS is due to interaction between the main chain of PV-FPNS and non-ion surfactant Tween 80. Although the FPNS easily combines with BSA and BHA, the extraction rate can not be improved. But the extraction rate is higher when FPNS was replaced With anion surfactant dodecyl sodium sulfate(SDS). It testifies that the polymeric compound with definite structure is the key to get high extraction rate. But extraction rate of SDS is lower than that of PV-FPNS. As indicated above, it confirms further the action of the main chain of polymer in cloud point extraction.
