摘  要:介绍了电化学脱氧核糖核酸 (DNA)传感器的原理并重点评述了DNA在不同材料电极表面的固定化技术 ,对比了吸附法、自组装法、亲和素 生物素法、共价键合法以及组合法固定DNA在构建电化学DNA传感器中的应用。参考文献The immobilization of oligonucleotides on support has substantial applications in numerous cases, such as in the chemistry of nucleic acid, fabricating an electrochemical deoxyribonucleic acid ( DNA) biosensor and making the gene chip, etc.. The present report reviews immobilization techniques of DNA on the electrochemical transducer-electrode surface. The electrode is made from different substances such as carbon, gold, and platinumn, the immobilization techniques are ranged with direct adsorption, covalent bonding, self-assembling and avidin-biotin system. 77 references published after 1990 were cited.
