摘　　要：加入WTO的现实迫切要求我国的行政许可走向规范化和法治化的轨道,行政许可法的颁布为这一转变提供了契机。本文从行政许可的学理基础分析着手,探讨了我国行政许可中存在的问题以及在现实条件下行政许可法治化的必要性和可行性。The urgent needs of China following its accession into WTO demand China's administrative permission tohead for the road of regularization and the rule of law;the promulgation of Law in Administrative Permission provides an opportunity for such change.This article,starting from an analysis of the basics of administrative permission,aims to explore the problems in China's administrative permission and the necessity and feasibility of realizing the rule of law in administrative permission under China's current conditions.
