摘　　要：红河州的禁毒工作尤其是禁吸戒毒工作 ,在认真总结 2 0 0 3年度取得成绩和不足的基础上 ,提出 :严密防线布局 ,全力开展堵源截流 ;保持高压态势 ,严打毒品犯罪 ;强化禁吸戒毒 ,遏制新生吸毒人员 ;夯实基础工作 ,推动创建活动 ;加强班子领导 ,提供良好保障等方面对 2 0 0 4年度全州的禁毒工作进行了全面部署和安排。Based on the achievements and problems got in 2003,drug control scheme in Honghe prefecture in 2004 was proposed: making full efforts in supply reduction by law enforcement;keeping on crackdowns on drug related crimes;reinforcing the efforts in drug treatment and prevention;carrying through essential work to push creative one forward;promoting the direction of heads to make sure the efforts going smoothly.
