摘　　要：公安院校学生的教育工作要按照公安院校的性质、管理体制和培养目标 ,突出公安特色与优势 ,始终坚持以学风和作风建设为中心 ,坚持教书育人、管理育人、服务育人的方针 ;在培养学生的政治素质、专业知识、创新能力、纪律作风和警体技能五个方面狠下功夫 ,努力塑造忠于职守的现代职业警察。Educating students have to take advantage of the specialties of public security in accordance with the nature,the control system and goal of the colleges. The efforts should center on the improvement of style of learning and ideology. Meanwhile,under the direction of the guideline that teaching,management and service target education,try to educate qualified modern policemen by educating the students in politics,professional knowledge,creative capability,ideology and policing skills.
