摘　　要：作为边远省区的贵州省 ,图书馆文献资源基础相当薄弱 ,文献资源整体结构失衡 ,购书经费普遍短缺 ,服务能力下滑严重。因此 ,各图书馆在相对分工前提下 ,着力建设特色馆藏 ,大力开展特色服务 ,推进实施特色管理 ,对于贵州省图书馆事业的持续健康发展 ,具有重要的现实意义。As a border-developing province ,Guizhou has a very unsubstantial base of literature resource.The literature resource structure loses its balance,outlay for buying books lacks widely,serving quality declines heavily.Therefore,it has very important meanings for durative well development of Guizhou librarianship that each library divides the work relatively,also under this precondition ,they exert themselves to build their characteristic bibliotheca and develop characteristic service energetically,as well as push to put characteristic management into practice.
