摘  要:报道了长穗偃麦草(Elytrigiaelongata)、费尔干偃麦草(Elytrigiaferganensis)、垂穗披碱草(Elymusnutans)、华山新麦草(Psathyrostachyshuanshanica)、竖立鹅观草(Roegneriajaponensis)、鹅观草(R.kamoji)和R.tsukushiensis7种小麦近缘野生种可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、游离氨基酸和水解氨基酸含量与抗禾谷缢管蚜(Rhopalosiphumpadi)的关系。结果表明,禾谷缢管蚜内禀自然增长率(rm)与可溶性蛋白质含量呈极显著的正相关(r=0.899,P<0.01),与游离脯氨酸和蛋氨酸含量呈显著和极显著的正相关;与水解氨基酸总量、甘氨酸和酪氨酸含量也存在相关关系。The relationships were studied between the contents of soluble sugars, soluble protein, free amino acids and hydrolytic amino acids, on the one hand, and resistance to oat bird-cherry aphids (Rhopalosiphum padi L.), on the other, in 7 wild relatives in Triticeae, i.e. Elytrigia elongate, Elytrigia ferganensis, Elymus nutans, Psaphyrostachys huanshanica, Roegneria japonensis, R. kamoji and R. tsukushiensis. The results showed that intrinsic rate of increase (r_m) of R. padi was in highly significant positive correlation with soluble protein content (r = 0.899,P<0.01) and in significant or highly significant correlation with free proline and methionine, and was also associated with the contents of total hydrolytic amino acids, glycine and tyrosine.
