摘  要:用颗粒离散法数值模拟循环流化床中测定物料流率的叶轮式流量计工作过程。数值模拟结果表明叶轮的工作过程分为加速旋转阶段和等速转动阶段,加速段的终端速度取决于流动颗粒的流率;在等速阶段,叶轮转速基本恒定。颗粒质量流率与叶轮转速基本呈线性关系,这与实验所得到的结果相吻合。The turbine meter used for metering solids re-circulating flow-rate of Circulating Fluidized Bed is firstly numerically simula-ted by the Discrete Element Method.The numerical model for describing the turbine performance is proposed, and an equation for gov-erning the flow of particles and rotation of the turbine is obtained by analyzing the movement of solids and that of turbine.The simula-tion results indicate that the working process of the turbine is divided into two stages:the acceleration'stage and the steady rotationstage.The final rotation velocity of the turbine at the end of the acceleration stage depends on the velocity of flowing particles.Duringthe steady stage,the rotation velocity of the turbine is almost constant.Also,the relationship between solids mass flow rate and the ro-tation rate of the turbine is almost linear,and the relationship is well predicted by observation.
