浅谈哈兹列特连铸技术在我国铝板带生产上的应用

摘　　要：介绍了铝板带坯的几种生产方式,详细介绍了哈兹列特连铸连轧生产方式的特点、技术进步以及应用情况,对该方式与单机架双卷取热轧进行了比较,并根据现阶段国内铝板带箔生产现状,对哈兹列特连铸连轧供坯工艺在我国的应用进行了分析。On the basis of introduction of several processes for producing aluminum sheets,the features,technical progresses and applications of Hazelett process in producing aluminum sheets are described in detail.A comparison between Hazelett process and DC casting followed by preheating and hot rolling with one stand with twin coilers is made.The possibility of the application of Hazelett process in production of alumiuum sheet in China is analysed.
