摘　　要：针对我国田径竞技队伍管理体制中存在的人才选拔与输送、竞技训练与文化学习、高素质教练队伍以及竞赛制度改革等问题 ,通过文献资料、专家访谈及常规统计分析 。The article directed against the problems exist in management system of our track & field sports team ,which include talents to be chosen and sent,training in sports and culture studying,the coaches with high quality and reform of contest system,etc.The author put forward some new management implemented mode and corresponding suggestion through the document materials, the expert interview and refers to routine statistical analysis.
