摘　　要：以鱼油磷酸酯加脂剂为例,进行磷酸酯成分分析,探讨了用常用的电位滴定法和混合指示剂法。指出选择合适的溶剂来溶解试样是十分重要的,并加入适量氯化钙;初步检测了磷酸酯的杀菌性能,印证了磷酸酯加脂剂用于皮革加脂后能够赋予成革杀菌性.Given an example of synthetic ester exchanging fish oil phosphate fatliquoring agent, potentiometric technique and mix indicator technique as common methods were dicussed in detecting integredients of phosphate. Meanwhile, it was also very important to select suitable solvents and preferred dosages of calcium chloride solution.. Antimicrobial properties of phosphate were detected effectively. Finished leather to be made by phosphate fatliquoring agent with antimicrobial properties was illustrated accordingly.
