摘　　要：以仔猪每公斤体重4mg的剂量,分别用洛美沙星搽剂和注射液防治哺乳仔猪的大肠杆菌性腹泻,观察经皮肤吸收与肌肉注射2种用药途径的临床效果.结果表明,2种不同用药途径对仔猪大肠杆菌性腹泻均有明显的预防和治疗效果,二者差异不显著(P>0.05).Lomefloxacin liniment and lomefloxacin injection was used for prevention and treatment of diarrhea caused by Escherichia coli in piglets at the dose of 4 mg·kg^(-1) bodyweight. Clinical effect was observed. The result indicated that: both methods had obvious effect on the prevention and treatment of the disease, there was no significant difference between the two methods (P>0.05).
