中药补肾壮骨方对骨质疏松大鼠骨量和血脂作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨补肾壮骨方对实验性去势大鼠 (模型鼠 )骨质疏松的影响。方法　实验选用健康 8个月龄雌性Wistar大鼠 4 8只 ,按体重分层随机分为假手术组、卵巢切除组 (空白对照组 )、补肾壮骨方小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组 ,并以尼尔雌醇作阳性对照物 ,观察补肾壮骨方对模型鼠的防治作用。结果　补肾壮骨方的各剂量组可令模型鼠骨密度增加 ,并使其腰椎骨组织形态学、血脂水平得到改善 ,甘油三酯、胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白水平明显降低 ,而高密度脂蛋白水平明显升高。结论　补肾壮骨方对模型鼠骨质疏松有较好的骨内外防治作用。Objective To elevate the effect of Renal-vital-reinforce(RVR) Bone-vilal-strong(BVS) prescription (RVRBVS) on osteoporosis in female rat without ovary .Method Selected forty-eight Wistar female rats aged 8 months. The Rats were divided randomly into normal control group ,model control group , RVRBVS groups with large , middle and small dose , Nilestrioli-treated (N) group ,according to weight . The nomal group was only shamly operated and the other four groups were ovrariectomized . The effect of RVRBVS was observed by measuring bone mineral density (BMD) , the level of blood-fat and the morphology of lumbar spine .Results Statistical results showed RVRBVS in different doses and N group could increase BMD , improve the morphology of lumbar spine , adjust the levels of blood-fat , prevent effectively atrophy of uterus and adrenal-gland , compared with that of model control group .Conclusion The present study demonstrated RVRBVS could treat experimental postmenopausalosteoporosis with better result on both bone and other sites.
