摘　　要：介绍了烟台鲁宝钢管有限责任公司设计安装的热轧无缝钢管外表面高压水除鳞系统的工作原理,除鳞系统的特点———充分利用水资源、节能、除鳞环全封闭。实践证明,采用该除鳞系统,提高了所生产的钢管外表面质量,改善了运输环境,提高了定径孔型寿命。Described in the paper is the working principle of the hi-pressure water surface descaling system for hot-rolled seamless steel tube self-designed and installed by Yantai Lubao Steel Tube Co., Ltd. The descaling system features fully utilizing the water, energy-saving and totally enclosed spray ring. Relevant site operation shows that thanks to the descaling system, tube surface quality is bettered, the material handling conditions improved and service span of the sizing mill roll groove increased.
