摘　　要：介绍了应用先进的工艺和设备对Φ100mm单槽自动轧管机组生产线以及局部生产设备进行的技术改造。改造后的机组扩大了产品规格,增加了品种,提高了产品质量,特别是提高了产品的几何尺寸精度,使企业获得了生机。其经验亦可作为其他Φ100mm自动轧管机组改造借鉴。The Φ 100 mm mono-groove plug pipe mill line as well as part of the manufacturing equipment units are innovated with relevant the-state-of-art technology and equipment. Thanks to the innovation, the said mill line has been capable of producing tubes with better quality, stricter dimensional tolerances and an expanded product mix, which has further sharpened the company′s competitive edges. This innovation case is worth referring for possible modification of any other Φ100 mm plug pipe mill.
