摘　　要：许多化学品对生态环境和人类健康造成危害 。Many chemicals harm the eco- environment and human health. This paper reviews the categories of hazardous chemicals and proposes the environmental coefficient definition which is used for evaluation of pollution of the environment and prevention of the pollution.
