摘　　要：由京津和冀北地区组成的“大北京”经济圈存在明显的产业梯度,并存在进行产业转移的可能。河北省应充分利用环京津优势和区域产业转移规律,主动接受京津尤其是北京的产业转移,并以此作为河北进一步实施“两环战略”、实现产业结构优化的突破口。There is an obvious industry gap and the possibility of industry tranfer in the economic circle composed by Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province. Hebei province should fully take the advantage of nearing Beijing and Tianjin and make use of industry transfer law to accept the industry transfer of Beijing and Tianjin. As the breakthrough to carry out the two-circle strategy and optimize industry structure.
