摘　　要：良好的人际关系有利于保证手术的顺利进行。手术室护士针对影响手术护理工作中人际关系的因素 ,采取相应措施 ,改善护理工作中的人际关系 ,以促进医护配合 ,调动手术室护士的主动性和发挥病人的主观能动性 ,充分利用人力资源 ,从而达到提高护理服务质量的目的。Favorable interpersonal relationship is helpful to ensure the carrying out of the operations. The nurses in the operating room adopt some measures aimed at the factors influencing the interpersonal relationship to perfect the interpersonal relationship in nursing works,so as to facilitate the cooperation between doctors and nurses,motivate the nurses’ initiative and patients’ activity, and make full use of the human resource to improve the quality of nursing.
