摘　　要：随着市场经济的不断推进 ,企业的质量管理及产品质量越来越受到重视 ,质量管理体系认证工作方兴未艾 ,实施《质量管理体系标准》已成为大多企业质量管理工作的核心内容。 8项质量管理原则既是《标准》的理论基础 ,又是企业的领导者进行质量管理的基本准则。掌握八项管理原则并加以科学地运用 ,是执行质量管理体系标准。With the development of market economy, it has been paid more attention to quality management and quality of products in enterprises. Authentication of the systematic quality management is just in the ascendant. Implement of the 'Systematic Standard for quality management' has become a core of quality management in most enterprises. Eight principles of the quality management in the 'Standard' is not only the basis of theory, but also the basic guide line for conductors of enterprises to do the work of quality management. Understanding and using the eight management principles is the key for executing the systematic standard of quality management and acquiring outstanding administrative achievements.
