摘  要:本试验采用添加光合细菌、减少换水量的方法进行鲍鱼养殖。结果表明 ,在 2 0 0L的塑料桶进行盘鲍人工育苗试验中 ,试验组以每天换水 1 / 3、添加 40 ppm光合细菌培养液 ,其养殖效果与采用 3倍流水换水量的对照组相当。而在九孔鲍人工育苗的大池试验中 ,试验池以每天换水 1 / 3添加 5 0ppm光合细菌培养液的养殖效果明显优于对照组 ,其平均壳长、平均个体重量较对照组提高 5 %与 5 5 % ,总育成率较对照组提高 2 0 %。The abalone were bred under the condition of adding photosynthetic bacteria and decreasing the quantity of exchanged water. In the test of artificial breeding of Haliotis discus in 200L plastic barrel , the trial group exchanged one third of water per day, then added with 40×10 -6 photosynthetic bacteria, which results were the same as the control group that exchanged triple flowing water. In the test of Haliotis diversicolor supertexta bred in big pool, the trial group exchanged one third of water per day, then added with 50×10 -6 photosynthetic bacteria, which results were obviously prior to the control group. Their average shell length and individual weight increase by 5% and 55% respectively, and the total survive rate increase by 20%, as compared with the control group.
