摘　　要：实施国家草地生态安全战略和促进现代化畜牧业发展,必须要有一个强大的草产业予以支撑。新疆发展草产业具有其他省区不可比拟与得天独厚的优势。为实现全疆人工草地面积达到200万ha的目标,应把草产业列为政府宏观调控的重大发展课题,对新疆草业发展的布局、结构以及产业化发展的各个运作层面进行总体规划和决策研究。To implement the national grassland ecological security strategy and promote the modern animal husbandry development, support from a strong grass planting industry is necessary. Xinjiang has advantaged natural pasture resources compared with other provinces in China. To reach the target of sowing 2 million hectares of artificial grassland in Xinjiang, it is necessary to put the grass planting industry into the priority subject of government macro-control project. To make decision study and master plan for the overall arrangement, structure and different operation aspects of industrialization development in Xinjiang grass planting industry.
