摘　　要：要改变贵州"三农"县因自然历史条件及其他各种因素造成的大面积落后山区现状,只能由社会主义"农业文明"向社会主义工业文明转变;其小康建设模式的选择,只能是第一次现代化并兼容某些领域的跨越式发展。'Three-Agriculture County' in Guizhou province is presently backward in most part,which is caused by the natural and historical conditions and other factors.The present situation could be changed only through transferring the socialist 'agriculture civilization' to the socialist industry civilization.To select a suitable pattern in constructing a well-off society is to lead a great-leap-forward development in certain fields.
