剑白香猪染色体核型及其C-带多态性研究

摘　　要：以剑白香猪为材料,采用外周血淋巴细胞短期培养,对其体细胞染色体核型及其C-带进行分析。结果表明,剑白香猪体细胞染色体数2n=38,染色体类型为12m+10sm+4st+12t;C-带均存在多态性,但又存在共性。各染色体均不同程度显带,发生在着丝粒处或长臂上,呈现圆形或椭圆形;在1号、2号、13～18号和Y染色体C-带呈强阳性,出现频率最高,表现为大型带,Y染色体C-带几乎占据了整个长臂,呈椭圆形;中型带发生在3～8号和12号,呈阳性;小型带发生在9号、10号、11号和X染色体上,呈弱阳性。In this paper,the Karyotype and C-banding pattern of chromosomes of Jianbai Xiang pig were studied by the method of peripheral blood lymphocytes culture and the technique of C-banding.The results showed that the diploid chromosomes number of Jianbai Xiang pig is 2n=38 in both sexes.The 18 pairs of autosomes and X,Y-sex chromosomes could be divided into 4 groups according to their measured data(12m+10sm+4st+12t).C-banding of chromosomes was presented polymorphism and generality.All chromosomes appeared C-banding which were located in centromere or long arm and presented circularity or ellipse.The C-banding of pairs No.1,2,13 to 18 and Y chromosomes appeared strong positiveness and relatively large range,with the highest frequency.The Y-chromosome has a large,clear and elliptic C-band,which nearly occupied the whole long arm.The medium positiveness of C-banding were found on chromosome pairs 12,3 to 8.Other biarmed chromosomes(9,10,11 and X)appeared weak positiveness and small range.
